3.2.1 Climate Stations

Use the included pulley to suspend the Climate Station in a central location above your plants. For optimal signal strength, place sensor within 30 feet of any other AROYA device.

  1. Hook the carabiner on the pulley to the Climate Station
  2. Hook the other carabiner to the ceiling or structure above plants
  3. Adjust the height of Climate Station as needed by adjusting the rope length using the pulley
  4. Connect the Climate Station to power using the provided ethernet cable and Power over Ethernet (PoE) wall plug

H411 Climate Station
Power your Climate Station directly from your PoE supporting switch/router if preferable
3.2.2 Substrate Sensors

It's recommended to use the AROYA alignment tool when installing substrate sensors. This will allow for consistent installation of sensors and provide better data quality.

  1. Align the alignment tool with the bottom of the substrate
  2. Push the sensor into the substrate through one of the slots on the alignment tool
  3. Slide the alignment tool out and push the sensor in the rest of the way
