Optional: Drip & Drain - Quick Start Guide
Pre-Requisite: Activate Devices
Make sure the device is activated. See guide "How to Activate New Devices" for guidance.
Goal: Successful Installation
This guide will lead you through the set up process of the drip and drain station. Please see the image below for a sneak peak of the final result.
Step 1: Place Plant on Runoff Tray
- Assemble 9" legs into the runoff tray
- Place tray on bench along with a plant to collect runoff from
Step 2: Assemble Drip & Drain Station
- Assemble legs and siphoning tube into the Drip & Drain stations
- Locate the same number of emitter tubes use for a single plant
- Remove the emitters from the tubes
- Cut the end of the tubes to make insertion on to the drip station lid easier
- Insert the tubes into the drip station lid and let them protrude about 0.5"
- Put the lid on the drip station (the taller one)
Step 3: Place Drip & Drain Station on Bench
- Place the drain cup on the bench under the exit hole of the runoff tray
- Place the drip cup on the bench
Step 4: Assign Devices
Assign the Drip & Drain station in AROYA to start recording data. See guide "How to Assign & Install Sensors" for guidance.
