Metrc Sync Event Error Resolutions
What is an invalid tag error?
Invalid tag errors can occur when any event is trying to create plant batches, plants, or packages. Now when a tag is marked as invalid the user in Aroya will be able to select the item in the compliance inbox and replace the tag to a different valid tag. No matter the event type of the invalid tag error the user will now be able to resolve it through AROYA.

PLANT_TRANSITION | PLANT_ALREADY_DESTROYED | Click confirm sync to remove the already destroyed plants from the event |
PLANT_DESTROY | PLANT_ALREADY_DESTROYED | Click confirm sync to mark the event as synced in Aroya (does not send request to Metrc as the plant is already destroyed). |
PLANT_DESTROY | PLANT_ALREADY_HARVESTED | Click confirm sync to undo the event. The plant was not destroyed in Metrc so Aroya should not have a destroy record. |
HARVEST_FLOW | PLANT_ALREADY_DESTROYED | Click confirm sync to remove the destroyed plant(s) and weight(s) |
HARVEST_FLOW | PLANT_ALREADY_HARVESTED | Click confirm sync to remove the harvested plant(s) and weight(s) |
